100                                    Novemb.r Court 1729

is Considered that the Said And.w Norvill pay the Sume of Eight hundred and twenty Eight
pounds of Tobacco Cost accrueing on the pses afd to the officers of this Court

    It is also Considered by the Court here at this day to wit the day and year last
mentioned that the Sherf of Kent County take the afd Andrew Norvill into his
Custody and Execute the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards to
bring him into Court againe  Off which precept the Said Sherf to wit Joseph Young
Gent high Sherf of Kent County makes Return on the day and year last Said that
he hath Executed the Said Judgment And also hath here ready the Said
Andrew Norvill before the Court

    Ordered by the Court here that Joseph Young Gent Sherf of Said County
keep the afd And.w Norvill in his Custody untill the fees afd and four
fold Shall be Satisfied &c.a

    Daniel Greenwood on y.e Second day of Octob.r Anno Dom 1729 before M.r Phil
Kennard one of the Justices of S.d Court Entered into Recog.c in y.e Sum of twenty pds
Sterl for his ap.rc to this Court as prosecut.r against y.e S.d And.w And now at this Court the
Said Dan.l appeared and prayd his Recog.c afd might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here
that the Same Recogniz.c be disch.d  The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d
