and Successors Conditionally That if the afd Mary Tobee Shall not appear at next Court to
be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next then to Give her Evid.c on his
Lord Ship's behalfe against the Said Margret Flinn wherewith the Same Laughlin

that if he Shall not make his psonall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said Court
on the third tuesday in June next to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him
on the Same Indictm.t for an Assault on a Certain John Tillard and that in the mean
time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himselfe to be Content

    Also at the Same time came George Copper of Said County planter and Acknowledged himselfe
indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed
on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires
and Successors Conditionally that if he the Said William Copper Shall not make his psonal
appearance at next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next
to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on the afd Indictment of assault
being made on the Same John Tillard and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r
