172                                        March Court 1730

money of Great Brittanie of his body Goods or Chattles Land or Tenements to be
made and Leveyed for the use of the Said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors
upon Condition that if he the Said William Shall not make his personal appearance
before the Justices of the Same County Court at a Court to be held for Said County
at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday of
March next ensueing to Answer unto Such things as Shall be then and there
objected against him on part of the Same Lord prop.ry and Stand to and abide
the determination of the Same Court thereupon then the Said Recogniz.c to be
Void else to be in full force & Virtue

    And now here at the Same third tuesday in March to wit the Sixteenth
day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty nine the afd
William and in his proper person appeared to the Same  Ordered by
the Court here that the Same Recognizance be Disch.d there upon The
Same Recognizance is disch.d no cause appearing to the Contrary
Kent County fs The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present that
William Tidmarsh of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Inn holder the tenth
day of February Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty at the Parish
afd in the County fd within the Jurisdicion of this Court in and upon a Certain
John Evans Gent In the peace of God and of the Said Lord prop.ry then and
there being with force and Arms an assault did make and him the Said John
then and there did beat wound and evilly treat So that of his life it was
much despaired and other Harms to him then and there did to the great
damage of the Said John and against the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry
that now in his good Rule and Dignity &c.a
