    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Robert give Security for the fine and fees afd

    Thereupon comes Joshua Beck of Kent County planter and in his proper
person doth assume the payment of the fine afd and fees also

    Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave to keep the Country
harmless from the Child

    Thereupon Joshua Beck and John Garland both of Kent County
planters here in their proper persons And Acknowledge themselves
indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sume of two
Thousand five hundred pounds of Tobacco Each to be paid to his
Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors and to be made and Leveyed
on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if the afd Robert Mullin Shall not keep the County afd
Indemnified from any charge that may or hath accrued by means
of the afd Child That then they the Same Joshua Beck will do it
for him

thirteenth day of March Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven
hundred and thirty one Peter Green Jun.r of the Said
County planter personally appeared before me one
of his Lord Ships Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged himself Indebted
to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of tenn pounds
Sterling money of Great Brittain on his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles
to be made and Leveyed                Conditionally that if he make his personall
appearance at the next Court to be held for the Said County on the third
tuesday of this Instant March and answer unto Such things as Shall be
objected against him on behalf of his Said Lord Ship and in the mean time
to keep the peace and be of good behaviour Especially to Certain John
Lee Then this Recognizance to be void otherwise to be in full force and

    And At the Said third tuesday of March being the twenty first day
of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and Thirty one came
the afd Peter Green and ^in^ his proper person Appears and prays that
the afd Recognizance may be disch.d  Ordered by the Court here
that the Same Recognizance be disch.d  The Same Recognizance
is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to
the Contrary
