County Planter for Cutting Sawing and disposeing of black Walnut plank from
of the Land belonging to William Jones an orphan of William Jones late of the
afd County deceased

    Ordered by this Court that Sumons Issue for the Same Jonathan
Woodland to Answ.r the Same presentment

    Ordered by the Court that the Grand Jury orphan Jury afd be dischd

    There being Severall things Chargeable against Criminals to this Court
The Court thereupon orders That the Sherrif of Kent County Sumons a
Grand Jury and make return thereof to The Court Immediately and now here
afterwards  The Sherrif of Kent County viz John Gresham Gent. returns the pan.l
