of the Act of Assembly in Such case made and provided &c.a  Whereupon the Same
attorney prayeth the advice of the Court here in the premisses for the Said Lord
proprietary and that due process of Law may issue against the Said John Rogers in
the part to answer unto the Said Lord proprietary of and upon the premisses

    And the afd John Rogers in his proper person comes and Saith that he
Cannot gainsay the Indictment afd So as afd against him brought nor but that
he is guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed as by the afd Indictm.t
it is alledged  And Thereupon Submits to the Court  Therefore it is Considered
by the Justices here to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day
of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
That the afd John Rogers be find the Sum of five hundred pounds of
Tobacco according to his Confession afd and Conformable to the Act of Assembly
in that Case made &c.a  To the use of his Ldship and also pay the sum of
four hundred and thirteen pounds of Tobacco Costs accruing on the premisses
afd to the officers of this Court

Phebe Johnson
 The same Phebe at last March Court entered into recognizance
in the Sum of five pounds Sterl for appearance at the Same
March Court to answ.r unto what should be then required of
her on his Ldships behalf after which She appeared and here
then Court Thought fitt to Continue her in the same recognizance & her Suretys
recognizance for her untill this Court                    And now here at this Court to
wit the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of June Anno Dom. One
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Phebe Johnson and in
her proper person appeared and prayd She and her Surety might be discharged
Ordered by this Court here That the Same Phebe Johnson Recognizance and
Griffith Jones his recognizance for her also be discharged

    Phebe Johnson her recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of five pounds
Sterling be discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Griffith Jones at the Same time entered into recognizance in the Sum
of five pounds Sterling for the appearance of the afd Phebe Johnson
The Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged &c.a
