Test Daniel Ferrill

    On the back of the afd Indictment was as folls viz.t
        Billa Vera Henry Evans

    And the afd Mary in her proper person comes &
Defends the force & injury And saith that she cannot
gainsay the Indictment afd so as afd against her brought
nor but that she is guilty of the premisses above
upon her Imposed as by the afd Indictment it is
alledged  And thereupon Submits to the Court

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here
to wit at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
said County this ninteenth day of Novem.r Anno
Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty Eight that
the afd Mary pay the sum of thirty Shilling for
her afd fine for Committing the afd Crime in form
afd Confest Also that she pay the sum of three
hundred Eighty nine pounds of tob.o Costs Accrueing
on the premisses to the officers of this Court &c

    Ordered by the Court that the Sherf of Kent County
keep the said Mary in safe Custody untill the
officers of this Court she shall Satisfie
