Dom 1728 to which the Said Katharine was to ap.r and answer  And now at this day came the afd Kath
and Appeared in her proper person and nothing being offered against the Same The afd Katharine is by
this Court Ordered to be disch.d The said Katharine her Appearance taken as afd is by this Court disch.d And
Also Peter Massy and Samuel Gooding her Surety is by this Court Disch.d &c.a

    Pat Clarke for his Servant man Joseph Davis entered into recognizance in the Sum of
ten pounds Sterl Am.t for the Appearance of the Same at last Aug.st Court to this Court as an Evidence
for his Ldship ag.st the above Walter Freestone The Same Joseph in his proper person
appeared And ordered by the Court here that the Said Pat Clarkes recognizance for ap.rc of the
afd Joseph be disch.d The Said Recognizance is disch.d &c.a

 The afd James Smith entered into Recognizance in the Sum of
20s Sterl at last Aug.st Court for y.e appearance of the afd W.m And

Came the afd W.m Bonner and in his proper person ap.rd
Ordered by the Court here that the Said James Smiths Recogniz.c
be disch.d Thereupon the Same is by this Court here disch.d &c.a

    Ordered by the Court here That John Gresham Sherf of Said County
keep the afd William Bonner in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Security
for his appearance to next Court

not appear at any time then she shall be called as an Evid.c as afd wherewith She
Acknowledges herselfe Content

    Likewise came Peter Massy and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his goods & Chatels
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Mary Jones Shall not appear at any
time dureing this Court Sitting when She shall be called as an Evid.c as afd wherewith
He Acknowledges himselfe Content

    And whereon as also the afd mary afterwards came into Court and in her
proper person appeared It was ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary and
her Suretys Recognizance for her appearance be disch.d The said Marys Recogniz.c as
afd it by the Court disch.d            And Peter Massy Recogniz.c for the Said Mary is
disch.d also

 William Thomas of Said County in Court Informs that he hath
Rec.d Severall abuses from the Said Rich.d on which the Court
ordered that was & may Issue to take the Same.  The Same being
Issued Afterwards came the Said Rich.d and Appeared in his
proper person to the Same.

    The afd Rich.d prays that Sum may Issue for Same Evid.cs to go to the Grand
