 The Same Edward is ordered to give Security
for his appearance at next Court and good
behaviour in the mean time to be of good
the Same Edward ^of Kent County planter^ being in Court And in his
proper person Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble
the Lord proprietarie in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl. money to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that
if He do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said
County on the third tuesday in August next and in the mean time he
is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself Content
Also at the same Court came Benjamin Ricaud of Kent County Planter
and in his proper person came into Court and Acknowledged himself
Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord proprietarie in the Sume
of ten pounds Sterling money to be made and Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Edward Rogers
jun.r Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said
County on the third tuesday in August next and in the mean time he
is to be of good behaviour wherewith the Same Benjamin Ricaud
acknowledges himself to be Content
