More then a year before the Same Conveyed Neitheir by the Said
John Nor the afd Edward, & that he the Said Edward to be of Good
behavour in the mean time which he acknowledged himself to be
there with Satisfied  Likewise ^Came^ into Court Edw.d Mitchell &
Hance Hanson both of the afd County and acknowledged
themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Right Hon.ble the
Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each to
be Leveyed on their Goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally
that if the af Edw.d Harris shall not make his psonally
Appearance at the Next Assizes to be held for and in the County
afd to Answer unto what Shall be then objected ag.ts him on the
acc.t of his purchase of a Tract of land in this County of A
Certain John Valliant in Talbott County that has not been
in possession nor any proffitts rcv.d therefrom for more than a
^year^ before the Same Conveyed Neither by y.e S.d Jn.o nor the afd Edw.d
Harris ^and^ in the Meantime is to be of Good behavour wherewith
the s.d Edw.d Mitchell & the s.d Hance Hanson acknowledges themselves
to be there with Satisfyed

personall Appearance at the next Assizes to be held for & in the
County afd Then and there to give Evi.dc on his Lordships behalf
ag.t y.e afd Negro Babb on Suspition of Burglary & felony wherewith
he acknowledged himself to be therewith Satisfyed

    The afd Negro Babb Belonging to W.m Tidmarsh formerly
Comm.rd to the Sher On Suspition of felony This Court Now
Orders that he be Commited in the Sher Custody untill the
next Court of Assizes

    M.r Simon Wilmer on the 20.th Novemb.r 1728 Entrd into Recog.c
before M.r John Evans and M.r Geo Skirven two of his Said L.d ships
Justices for said County in the Sum ten pounds Sterling for his
