proper person and the afd Lord Propry by his attry afd & y.e Jurors of
that Jury being Appointed and Called Likewise Came to wit

Cooper Aug.st Boyer Tho.s Massy Jn.o Webb Jn.o James Henry
Truelock Tho.s Thackstone John Jones who being duly
Elected tryed and Sworn to Say y.e truth in y.e premises upon y.e
oath do say Daniel Perkins is Guilty of y.e following wherfore
he stands Indicted & by Elias Ringgold your fourman allso Say
Therefore it is Considered by the Court here at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in s.d Co.ty on the third Tuesday in June
being the Seventeenth day of June of s.d month being y.e Seventeenth
day of s.d month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and twenty
nine That the afd Dan.l Perkins pay the Sum of five hundred
pounds of Tob.o as fine for Commiting an asa^u^lt afd as also
pay the Sum of one thousand & ninty four pounds Tob.o
Cost accruing on the primises afd &c.a Ordered that Jo Young Gent
Sherf of s.d Co.ty keep the s.d Daniel Perkins enter into recognizances
for his appearance to morrow Thereupon the s.d Daniel
Perkins Came and acknowledg himself Indebted to the Right
Honorable the Lord propry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to y.e use
of the Lordship his heirs & Successors to be Leveyed on his Goods &
Chattles Lands and tenements Conditionally that if y.e s.d Dan.l
Shall not make his personall appearance at any time during
this Court Sitting & that he be of good behav.r wherew.th he is Content
After which againe came the Said Dan.l And Appeared and prayd his Recog.c
afd might be discharged Ordered by the Court that the same be Disch.d nothing
appearing to Shew cause to the Contrary  Thereupon the Same is Disch.d

Cause to the Contrary Thereupon the s.d William Bonners Recogniz.c and his
Suretys at the Same time viz Christopher Bateman Jun.r in the Sume of twenty
pds Sterl are by this Court here disch.d

    Ordered by the Court here that the Same William Bonner Enter into
