and distributed to such licensees as may be affected thereby.
The Board in said City shall have the power to require any
licensee to display prominently in his place of business
any rule or regulation of said Board, or any excerpt or
statement from this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 867.
(Senate Bill 482)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 556-558, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Stallions".

Whereas, there is a state-wide law relating to stallions,
which seems to make the provisions of these sections un-
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 556-558, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Stallions", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
