Upon motion of Senator Sothoron and two-thirds of all the
Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended
by yeas and nays as follows, and House Bill No. 9 was put upon its
third reading and final passage.

Goldstein, Hoff, Hofferbert, Johnson, Guy, Johnson, T. F., Kimble, McAllister,
McLaughlin Monroe, O'Neill, Phoebus, Shallcross, Sothoron, Storm, Strom-
berg, Stromeyer, Thomas, Turnbull, White. Total—28

NEGATIVE—NONE.

The rules being suspended, House Bill No. 9 was placed on third
reading and final passage.

House Bill No. 9—By the Prince George's County Delegation:

Subject: "PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY", sub-title "LAUREL",
sub-heading "BOUNDARIES", TO EXTEND THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE TOWN OF LAUREL, PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY;
TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT
THEREOF BY SPECIAL TAXATION.

The bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
