EXTRAORDINARY SESSION

ANNAPOLIS, MD., Friday, June 13, 1958.

STATE OF MARYLAND, TO WIT :

Friday, June the thirteenth, in the year nineteen hundred and fifty-
eight, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., being the day appointed by the Proclamation
of the Governor of Maryland for the meeting of the General Assembly
of Maryland in Special Session, the Senate was called to order by the
Secretary of the Senate.

The Secretary of the Senate proceeded to call the roll, and the
