RESOLUTIONS.

1841.

the assessment" under the provisions of the twenty-first
section of said act, and sixty-five copies to the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, and the residue of said copies
shall be distributed by said printer amongst the persons
who are entitled to receive copies of the journal of the
Senate and House of Delegates, printed for the use of said
houses; and the cost of said copies, and distribution there-
of, shall be paid on the order of the Governor, out of any
unappropriated money in the Treasury.
