1837.

RESOLUTIONS.

sum of eight dollars for two months and twelve days
pension due to the said Eleanor L. Mayhugh on the
twelfth of December, eighteen hundred and thirty-
seven, the day of her death.

1838.

Resolutions relating to the east wing of Barracks, in
Fredericktown, Frederick county.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
William D. Jenks and Lewis Ramsburg be, and they
are hereby authorised and privileged to use the east
wing of the Barracks in Fredericktown, as a cocoon-
ery, or for any other purpose connected with their bu-
siness of growing or manufacturing silk, and to have
all privileges, access, ingress or egress to and from
the same, and all control over the said property of the
State during the pleasure of the General Assembly of
this State.
Resolved, That the said east wing of the Barracks
in Fredericktown is hereby, from and after the first
day of April next, placed in the charge and keeping
and under the control of the said W. D. Jenks and
Lewis Ramsburg, who are to use the same for the pur-
pose of their silk business, and to keep the same in
repair whilst in their charge.
Resolved, That the privileges in these resolutions
granted, may at any time hereafter be revoked or an-
nulled by a resolution of the General Assembly of
Maryland.
Resolved, That all acts or resolutions of the Gener-
al Assembly of Maryland, so far as they, or any part
of them, are inconsistent with the privileges herein
granted, be, and the same are hereby repealed, rescin-
ded and annulled.
