Resolution relative to a survey of the Annapolis harbor.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Senators and Representatives in the Congress of
the United States, from the State of Maryland, be
requested to obtain a survey, by the Government of
the United States, of the harbor of Annapolis and
Severn River, in this State.

Resolution requesting the Governor to issue a commis-
sion to the Honorable William D. Merrick, as
U. S. Senator.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
his excellency the Governor be requested to issue, a
commission, in the usual form, to the Honorable Wil-
liam D. Merrick. as Senator from this State, to the
Congress of the United States, for the residue of the
term for which the Honorable Joseph Kent, deceased,
was elected.

Resolution directing the Register of the Land. Office
to correct certain errors in a patent issued to An-
drew Bruce, of Allegany county.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Register of the Land Office for the Western Shore
be, and he is hereby directed to correct all errors in
a patent issued to Andrew Bruce, of Allegany county,
on the eighteenth day of December, eighteen hundred
and five, for a tract, of land called "Resurvey on
Mount Pleasant," so as to make said patent corres-
pond with the courses of the original certificate of
survey, upon which said patent issued.
