THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1855


Resolved, That the nine members of the Commission
be so chosen as to represent the principal geographical
areas of Baltimore County and all types of interests in
Baltimore County, including labor, management and gen-
eral civic and public interests; and be it further


Resolved, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore
County shall, in their discretion, make available funds, not
in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) to this
Commission for such secretarial, technical and administra-
tive expenses as may be incurred; and be it further


Resolved, That said Commission be requested to give a
full and complete study to the governmental structure,
workings and organization of county government in Balti-
more County and to report, by November 1, 1953, to the
Board of County Commissioners of Baltimore County and
to the members of the Baltimore County Delegation in the
General Assembly whatever findings and recommendations
they may determine upon as best for the future govern-
ment and political well-being of the citizens and residents
of Baltimore County.

(House Joint Resolution 26)

A Joint Resolution requesting the Department of Research
and Education of the Board of Natural Resources to
publish a comprehensive printed report analyzing the
fish populations, fishery trends and fishery conditions in
the tidal waters of Maryland.


WHEREAS, The populations of the fish in tidal waters of
Maryland vary considerably from place to place and from
season to season, thus making it difficult to determine the
supply of fish or the supply of any particular species of fish;
and
