15, 1846.

An act to repeal an act to declare certain Trespasses felony,
and for other purposes, passed at December session
eighteen hundred and twenty-six, chapter two hundred
and sixty, so far as relates to Carroll County.

Repealed.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the act to declare certain trespasses felo-
ny, and for other purposes, passed at December ses-
sion eighteen hundred and twenty-six, chapter two hun-
dred and sixty, be and the same is hereby repealed, so
far as relates to Carroll county.

CHAPTER 3.

Passed Jan.
10, 1846.

An act to allow Thomas Doudon, former Sheriff of Alle-
gany County, further time to complete his collections.

Time allowed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Thomas Doudon, former sheriff of Al-
legany county, have time to complete his collections
until January first, eighteen hundred and forty-seven.

verned by the
act of 1844, ch.
207.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Thomas Dou-
don, late sheriff as aforesaid, in making his collection of
fees in virtue of this act, shall be governed by the pro-
visions of an act entitled, an act for the relief of Thomas
Doudon, late sheriff of Allegany county, and to enable
him to complete his collections, passed at December ses-
sion eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter two hun-
dred and seven.

CHAPTER 4.

Passed Jan.
14, 1846.

An act to exempt Non-Resident tax payers of Somerset
and Worcester Counties from the payment of ferriage.

Non-resident
tax payers to
cross ferry free
of charge.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the passage of this act,
it may and shall be lawful for any non-resident tax payer
of Worcester and Somerset counties, or of either of them,
to cross and recross any ferry or ferries kept up or sup-
ported by said counties free of charge.
