A supplement to the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-six, chapter one hun-
dred and twenty-three, entitled, an act to Incorporate
the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Company.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the directors of the Baltimore and Ohio rail road
company, shall be chosen annually, on the third Mon-
day of October, in every year, in the city of Baltimore,
instead of on the second Monday of October, as is provided
in the act to which this is a supplement, and that the
general meeting of the stockholders of said company, to
be held annually, shall be held at the time and place
herein appointed for the election of the said directors.
