340. An act to limit attachments in cases where laid in the

341. An act regulating the per diem and mileage of judges of
the Orphans' court for Carroll county.

342. An act to authorise the collection of a tax in each primary
school district in Queen Anne's county, for the payment of
teachers.

343. An act to authorise the Librarian to supply the Acts of
Assembly, Dorsey's Compilation of the Laws, Dorsey's Testa-
mentary Laws, and the revenue laws to certain officers of this
State.

344. An act giving to the Criminal court of Baltimore, and to
the Circuit courts of this State, criminal jurisdiction in all cases.

345. An act to incorporate Calvert college, near New Windsor,
in Carroll county.

346. An act to provide for the payment of the interest on the
bonds or certificates of debt of the Annapolis and Elkridge rail
road company, issued in pursuance of chapter one hundred and
sixty-eight of December session, 1841, falling due on the first, day

of July, 1852, and on the first day of January, 1853, and so much

of the principal thereof as is directed to be paid by the said act.

347. An act appropriating a sum of money therein named to
pay John B. Brooke, late clerk of Prince George's County court,
for fees in certain State cases.

348. An act allowing a pension to Susan Barrett, widow of
Solomon Barrett, a fifer in the war of the American Revolution,
and appropriating a sum of money for the payment thereof.

349. An act for the relief of John H. Mitchell, of Harford

350. An act to pay Augustus W. Bradford, late clerk of Balti-
more County court, his fees in certain State cases.

351. An act to provide for the distribution of the reports of
cases argued and determined in the Court of Appeals of this State.

352. An act to provide for the removal of primary school house,
No. 3, in the fourth election district in Prince George's county.

353. An act to change the place of holding the election in the
first election district of Prince George's county.

355. An act to enlarge the powers of the mayor, aldermen and
