336. An act to prescribe the proceedings in civil actions in the
courts of this State, when the return upon the summons is "non
est."

337. An act to provide for the general valuation and assessment

of property in this State.

338. An act to authorise the formation of corporations for Manu-
facturing purposes.

339. An act for the restraint of trading by non-residents without
license.

340. An act to limit attachments in cases where laid in the
hands of employers.

341. An act regulating the per diem and mileage of judges of
the Orphans' court for Carroll county.
