An ACT for refurveying and laying out anew Salifbury-town, in Somerfet county, and for

other purpofes.

XXXIX.

A Further fupplement to an act, entitled, An act to ftreighten and amend the feveral public

roads in the feveral counties, and for other purpofes therein mentioned.

XL.

An ACT to eftablifh a public road from the main road leading from George-town into Still Pond

Neck to the main road leading from the head of Churn creek to Worton, in Kent county.

XLI.

An additional fupplement to an aft, entitled, An act to remove the market-houfe at the Head

of Elk, and eftablifh the fame, and for the advancement and regulation of the faid town.

XLII.

An ACT to provide a fummary mode of recovering the poffeffion of lands and tenements holden

by tenants for years, or at will, after the expiration of their terms.

XLIII.

An ACT to appoint commiffioners on the road from Middle-town, in Frederick county, to the

Wafhington county line in Turner's Gap, and alfo on the road from Middle-town, in faid

county, to the Wafhington county line in Fox's Gap.

XLIV.

An ACT for the better regulation of apprentices.

XLV.

An ACT to alter the time of holding the levy courts in the feveral counties therein mentioned.

XLVI.

A Further fupplement to an act, entitled, An act to regulate the infpection of tobacco, paffed

November feffion, feventeen hundred and eighty-nine.

XLVII.

An ACT to open a road from Federalfburgh, in the North-weft fork of Nanticoke river, in

Dorchefter county, to Cratcher's ferry in faid county.

XLVIII.

An ACT to authorife the regifter of the land-office to iffue a patent to Salathiel Fitchett for lot

number fix in Nanticoke manor.

XLIX.

An ACT to fettle and pay the civil lift and other expences of civil government.

An ACT for the fupport of Rebecca Fowler.

LI.

A Supplement to an aft, entitled, An act to prevent the exportation of flour, ftaves and

fhingles, not merchantable, from the town of Baltimore, in Baltimore county, and to regulate

the weight of hay and meafure of grain, falt, flax-feed and fire-wood, within the faid town,

and to prevent the exportation of flour, not merchantable, from Fell's Point, in the faid

county.

LII.

An ACT to regulate and difcipline the militia of this ftate.

LIII.

An ACT to open and lay out roads from Denton, the feat of juftice in Caroline county, to

different parts of faid county, and the fame, when opened and laid out, to be the public roads

of faid county.

LIV.

A Supplement to an act concerning petitions for freedom.

LV.

An ACT to appoint a health officer for the port of Baltimore-town, in Baltimore county.

An ACT refpecting the punifhment of criminals.

An ACT for ftreightening and amending the road from the town of Cumberland, in Allegany

county, which interfects the road leading from Union-town, in Pennfylvania, at the Winding-

Ridge.

An ACT to confirm the title of the felect veftry of Saint-John's parifh, in Prince-George's

county, in and to three acres of ground in faid parifh.

An ACT to regulate and repair the public roads in Caecil county.

An ACT to continue the acts of affembly therein mentioned.

LXXIV.

An ACT relative to appeals to be profecuted or injunctions to be obtained by executors or

adminiftrators.

LXXV.

An ACT to appoint an agent for the year one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-four.

An ACT for the payment of the journal of accounts.
