By the Committee:

Amendment No. 1—In lines 1 and 2 of the title of the third reading
file bill, strike out the following: "and 5" and insert in lieu thereof the
following: ", 5, 6, and 9".

Amendment No. 2—In line 7 of the title of the third reading file
bill, immediately following the word "City" insert the following: ", pro-
viding for the creation of legislative districts in certain counties, ".
