Senate Bill No. 31—By Senator Dorf:

A Bill entitled: An Act to add new Section 164A to Article 48A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "Insurance
Code," subtitle "10. Rehabilitation and Liquidation," to follow imme-
diately after Section 164 thereof, to require notification to policyholders
of insurance companies against which delinquency proceedings are insti-
tuted under the Insurance Code.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

Senate Bill No. 34—By Senator Parran:

A Bill entitled: An Act to add new Section 158A to Article 66½ of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles," sub-
title "Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund," to follow immediately after
Section 158 thereof, to provide that persons holding valid automobile lia-
bility insurance policies issued by companies authorized to do business
under the Insurance Code meet motor vehicle financial responsibility re-
quirements regardless of the insolvency or inability of the insurer to
pay judgments against the insured, and to provide that such policyholders
need not pay uninsured motorist fees except upon certain conditions.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

Subject: "JUSTICES OF THE PEACE," subtitle "TRIAL MAGIS-
TRATES SYSTEM," PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE
ADDITIONAL SUBSTITUTE JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT FOR
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.

By the Committee:

Amendment No. 1—In line 1 of the title and in line 2 of Section 1 of the
third reading file bill, immediately following the word "Section" in each
instance insert the following: "98A(a) and Section".

immediately following the word "appointment" insert the following:
"of judges of the People's Court of Prince George's County by and with

Amendment No. 3—In line 4 of Section 1 of the third reading file bill,
