       and every Part thereof to and for the only Proper use and behoof
       of him the said John Martin his heirs and Assigns forever
       and to no other use intents or Purposes whatsoever any manner
       or thing in the same Common Recovery Contained to the Contrary
       Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the Parties af.d have
       to these Presents Interchangeably sett their hands and seals
       the Day and Year first above Written

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t

       and John Martin the Parties within named Personally appeared
       before me one of his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial Court
       and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their
       Act and Deed to and for the uses intents and purposes therein
       mentioned In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
       hand the Day and Year above Written
