Prince George's County)] under such regulations as such public
service commission may from time to time order and provide. All
appeals shall be taken within thirty days from the date of the pro-
mulgation or levy of any such assessment, tax levy or service charge
by the sanitary commission.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act is in-
tended or shall be construed to affect or impair the obligation of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District under any and all bonds or
other instruments of indebtedness heretofore issued by it and now
outstanding, or the guarantee of such bonds or other instruments of
indebtedness by Montgomery and Prince George's Counties or either
of said counties, or the levy of taxes for the payment of said bonds or
other instruments of indebtedness and the interest thereon under
the provisions of the respective acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland authorizing the issuance of said bonds or other instruments
of indebtedness, and further, that nothing in this Act is intended or
shall be construed to affect or impair any lawful obligation of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to any creditor of said
District.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(House Bill 1271)

AN ACT to repeal Subsections (a), (b) and (c) of Section 111 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being
Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Calvert County," subtitle "Circuit Court"; and to repeal subsec-
tions (a), (b) and (c) of Section 32 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County,"
subtitle "Circuit Court"; and to repeal subsections (a), (b) and
(c) of Section 12-10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County,"
subtitle "Circuit Court," and to repeal Section 45A of Article 19
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "St. Mary's County," subtitle "Circuit Court"; and to enact
in lieu thereof subsections (a), (b) and (c) of Section 111 of said
Calvert County Code, being also subsections (a), (b) and (c) of
Section 32 of said Charles County Code, being also subsections
(a), (b) and (c) of Section 12-10 in the said Prince George's
County Code and being also Section 45A of said Article 19 of the
said Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, revising the laws
concerning the court reporters or court stenographers in the coun-
ties of Calvert, Charles, Prince George's and St. Mary's, with
particular respect to the compensation, mileage allowance, and
vacation privileges of the court reporters.
