1810                                      LAWS OF MARYLAND                                Ch. 894

WHICH THE PERSON FILING THE STATEMENT, HIS SPOUSE OR.
DEPENDENT CHILDREN HAS A LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST.
AND EVERY "REAL ESTATE INTEREST" AS DEFINED IN (B) OF THIS
SECTION. THE FILING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT
APPLY WITH RESPECT TO:

(1)        THE PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL HOME OF THE
PERSON FILING THE STATEMENT; AND

(2)         A REAL ESTATE INTEREST IN AN INVESTMENT
ENTITY, AS DEFINED IN SUBSECTION (B) OF
THIS SECTION WHICH REPRESENTS LESS THAN
THREE PERCENT (3%) OF THE TOTAL INTEREST

IN THE INVESTMENT ENTITY AND WITH
RESPECT TO WHICH THE PERSON FILING THE
STATEMENT. ACTING ALONE OR IN CONJUNCTION
WITH OTHERS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. HAS
NOT TAKEN THE INITIATIVE IN FOUNDING AND
ORGANIZING OR DOES NOT CONTROL AND HAS
NOT CONTROLLED THE INVESTMENT ENTITY]]

(3)         PROPERTY THE TITLE TO WHICH IS HELD AS A
SECURITY INTEREST.

(4) PROPERTY HELD IN THE CAPACITY OF EXECUTOR.
ADMINISTRATOR OR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE.

[[(B) (1) "REAL ESTATE INTEREST" MEANS ANY INTEREST OF THE
PERSON FILING THE STATEMENT, HIS SPOUSE OR DEPENDENT
CHILDREN IN AN "INVESTMENT ENTITY" AS DEFINED IN THIS
SECTION, WHICH INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY STOCK
OR SIMILAR SECURITY, ANY SECURITY, CONVERTIBLE (WITH OR
WITHOUT CONSIDERATION) INTO SUCH A SECURITY, ANY
WARRANT, OPTION OR RIGHT TO SUBSCRIBE, ANY
PROFIT-SHARING PARTICIPATION PARTNERSHIP INTEREST OR
RIGHT TO SHARE IN CASH FLOW, PROFITS OR CAPITAL
APPRECIATION.

(B) (2) "INVESTMENT ENTITY" MEANS A CORPORATION, A
PARTNERSHIP. A JOINT STOCK COMPANY, A REAL ESTATE
INVESTMENT TRUST, SYNDICATION, AND UNINCORPORATED
BUSINESS ORGANIZATION OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS ENTITY.
WHICH DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, HOLDS, OWNS OR CONTROLS
REAL ESTATE SITUATED IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND.

(C) THE SCHEDULE REQUIRED TO BE FILED BY SUBSECTION (A)
OF THIS SECTION SHALL FULLY DESCRIBE:

(1) THE NATURE OF ANY REAL ESTATE
SITUATED IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND
IN OR WITH RESPECT TO WHICH THE
PERSON FILING THE STATEMENT HAS A
LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST AND
EACH REAL ESTATE INTEREST OF THE
PERSON FILING THE STATEMENT REGARD -
LESS OF WHETHER SUCH REAL ESTATE OR
REAL ESTATE INTEREST IS SUBJECT TO
A MORTGAGE, LIEN, OR OTHER ENCUMBRANCE.
