PURPOSES UNLESS HE FIRST OBTAINS A LICENSE FROM THE
DEPARTMENT. THE LICENSE IS VALID FOR THE YEAR IN
WHICH IT IS ISSUED. THE FEE TO ISSUE AND RENEW THE
LICENSE IS $5.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS
GOVERNING THE CATCHING OR TERRAPIN AND CONSERVATION OF
TERRAPIN RESOURCES, ESPECIALLY TAKING INTO
CONSIDERATION THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SEASON AND LEGAL
SIZE.

OTHER BOATS.
