       Councill to Errect Constitute and Establish such and so many
       Courts of Judicature and publick Justice within our said
       province and Terrytorie under your Government as you
       and they shall think fitt and necessary for the hearing and  
       determining of all Causes as well Criminall as Civill according
       to law and Equity and for awarding of execution thereupon
       with all reasonable and necessary powers Authorities
       fees and Priviledges belonging thereunto as Also to
       appoint and Commissionate fitt persons in the severall
       parts of your Government to administer the Oaths appointed
       by act of Parliament to be taken instead of the oaths
       of Allegiance and Supremacy and the oath menconed
       in the afd act entituled An Act to declare the alterat.n
       in the oath appointed to be taken by the act entituled
       An Act for the further security of his majestys person
       and the success.n of the Crown in the protestant Line
       and for extinguishing the hopes of the pretended Prince
       of Wales and all other pretenders and their open and
       secrett Abettors and for declareing the Association to
       be determined as also to tender and administer the afd
       declaration unto such persons belonging to the said
       Courts as shall be oblidged to take the same And
       wee do hereby authorize and impower you to Constitute
       and appoint Judges and in Cases requisite Commissioners
       of Oyer and terminer Justices of the peace and other
       necessary officers and Ministers in our s.d province for
       the better adm.rcon of Justice and putting the laws in
       execution and to administer or cause to be administred
       unto them such oath or oaths as are usually given
       for the due execution and performance of Offices &
       Places and for the Clearing of truths in Judiciall Causes
       And wee do hereby give and grant unto you full
