       high admirall of Great Brittaine under the seal of our
       admiralty or from our high admirall of Great Brittaine
       for the time being may be tryed and punished according
       to the laws of the place where any such disorders offences
       and misdemeanors shall be committed on shore notwithstanding
       such offenders be in our actuall service and born ^in our^
       pay on board any such our ships of warr or other Vessells
       acting by Imediate Commission or warrant from our
       commissioners for executeing the office of high admirall
       of Great Brittaine or from our high Admirall of Great
       Brittaine for the time being as afd so as he shall not
       receive any protection (for the avoyding of Justice) for
       such offences committed on shore from any pretence of
       his being employed in our service at Sea And our
       further will & pleasure is that all publick money
       raised or which shall be raised by any act hereafter
       to be made within our said province be issued out by warrant
       from you by and with the advice and consent of the Councill
       and disposed of by you for the support of the government
       and not otherwise  And wee do hereby give you the said
       John Hart full power to order and appoint faires Marts
       and marketts as also all such and so many ports harbours
       bays Havens and other places for the conveniencie
       and security of shipping and for the better loading and
       unloadeing of goods and merchandizes as by you with
       the advice and consent of the said Councill shall be thought
       fitt and necessary  And wee doe hereby require and
       command all officers and ministers Civil and Military and
       all other Inhabitants of our said province and territory
       to be obedient aideing and assisting unto you the said
       John Hart in the execution of this our commission
       of the powers and authorities herein contained  And in
       case of your death or absence out of our said province
       to be obedient aideing and assisting unto such person as
