       lawfull Authority to grant bargain Sell and convey
       the said four Lots of Ground and each and every of them
       to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and
       Assigns  And that he the said William Stevenson
       his Heirs and Assigns and all and every other person
       or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or which shall
       or may at any Time or Times hereafter lawfully claim any
       Estate Right, Title, or Interest of in to or out of the said four     
       Lots of Ground hereby granted or meant mentioned or intended
       to be granted or of in to or out of either or any part of either
       of them shall and will from Time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter at and upon the Reasonable request
       and at the proper costs and charges in the Law of
       him the said Thomas Joh^n^son Junior his Heirs and
       Assigns or some of them make do Execute acknowledge
       and suffer or cause to be made, done, executed,
       acknowledged and suffered all and every such further
       and other Reasonable Act and Acts, Thing and Things
       Devise and Devises Assurance and Assurances, Conveyance
       and conveyances in the Law whatsoever for
       the better and more perfect assurance, surety, and
       Suremaking conveying and confirming of the said four
       Lots of Ground hereby granted bargained and sold or
       meant, mentioned and intended so to be, and of each and
       every of them with all and singular their and each and
       every of their Rights, Members, and Appurtenances
       unto him the said Thomas Johnson Jun.r his Heirs and
       Assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning of these
       Presents as by the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs
