Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

86.
(A) He shall record all commissions to civil
officers issued by the Governor in a book to be kept by
him for that purpose and shall transmit the same to the
clerks of the several circuit courts for the counties and
of the Superior Court of Baltimore City.
(B) IN EACH JANUARY, THE SECRETARY OF STATE SHALL
COMPILE A LIST OF CIVIL OFFICERS APPOINTED BY THE
GOVERNOR IN THE PRIOR YEAR, TO CONSIST ONLY OF THOSE
OFFICERS WHOSE APPOINTMENTS ARE VALID ONLY WITH THE
APPROVAL OF EITHER THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES OR THE SENATE
OF MARYLAND. THE LIST SHALL INCLUDE THE OFFICER'S NAME,
POSITION, TERM OF OFFICE, AND SALARY. THE SECRETARY OF
STATS SHALL COMPILE A SIMILAR LIST OF SUCH OFFICERS WHOSE
TERMS EXPIRE IN THE NEXT TWELVE MONTHS. EACH LIST
COMPILED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE A MATTER OF
PUBLIC RECORD AND AVAILABLE TO ANY PERSON UPON REQUEST.
THE SECRETARY OF STATE SHALL SEND A COPY OF THE LIST TO
EACH MEMBER OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Governor's Emergency Energy Powers
FOR the purpose of extending until a certain time certain
powers of the Governor during energy crisis
emergency situations; continuing certain powers of
the Joint Standing Committee on Administrative,
Executive and Legislative Review; delegating certain
duties relating to energy to the Committee on
Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review;
and providing that this Act is an emergency measure.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
