ANNAPOLIS
House Bill No. 1954 of the Laws of the General Assembly
of Maryland (1976 Session); re—enacting all other
provisions of Section 8 9 of the Charter of the City not
inconsistent with this amendment; the amendment to be
effective January 1, 1977; and all matters relating
generally. [Section 89 of the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
Anne Arundel County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Effective Date August 31, 1976]
BEL AIR (Harford County) RESOLUTION NO. 46 Resolution of the Commissioners of Bel Air to
enlarge the Corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air
and thereby amend the Charter of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104L. A Resolution of the Commissioners of Bel Air,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11—E of the
Constitution of Maryland, and Section 19 of Article 23A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1974 Replacement
Volume, entitled "Corporations, Municipal," subtitle
"Home Rule", sub—heading "Annexation", to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by amending
the Public Local Laws of Harford County, by adding
Section 104L to the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, being
a part of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, annexing to said corporate boundaries the
following area, contiguous to and adjoining the present
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air, on the
southeasterly side of U.S. Route No. 1, being the lands
owned by Bel Air Tollgate Partnership and Glen Realty,
Inc., which are particularly and separately described as
follows: BEGINNING for the same at a point in the
southeasterly right—of—way line of U.S. Route #1,
said point also being at the end of the South 47°
01' 10" West 1624.34 feet line of Annexed Area #10,
Section 10 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County, 1965, running thence from said point
of beginning, leaving the southeasterly right—of—way
line of U.S. Route #1 and binding on the outline of
said Annexed Area #10, (1) South 42° 58' 50" East
1498.93 feet, thence leaving the corporate limits of
the Town of Bel Air and running through and across
the lands of Glen Realty, Inc., three courses viz:
(2) still South 42° 58' 50" East 500.00 feet, (3)
South 47° 01' 10" West 1266.61 feet and (4) North
