ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY
fees, providing for disposition of certain impounded
animals by the County's animal control agency held
for a period of time, changing certain notification
provisions concerning certain offensive acts
committed by animals, requiring that owners of
licensed dogs must have license tag worn by the dog,
authorizing animal wardens to enter on any premises
in the County within a certain time to impound
certain animals, permitting animal wardens to
inspect any premises in the County where a dog is
kept or harbored, providing for certain fine and fee
payment procedures, providing that payment of a fine
is considered a conviction for certain limited
purposes, and generally relating to changes in
procedures, prohibited acts, enforcement authority
and penalty provisions of the animal control
regulations of Anne Arundel County. Approved January 7, 1976.
Bill No. 130-75 AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 12-2300 through 12-2307
12—2308, inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements) , Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", to follow immediately after
Section 12—2209 thereof, and to be under the new
Subtitle 23, "Facilities For The Disabled and Aged
Persons", to require all shopping centers in excess
of five TEN thousand square feet usable floor area
to place or caused to be placed curb cuts, ramps,
parking for handicapped or aged persons; to remove
any barriers; to provide access to plumbing fixtures
for such persons and to provide penalties for
violations thereof, and matters generally related
thereto. Approved January 22, 1976.
Bill No. 131-75 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make an emergency appropriation
from revenues received from sources not anticipated
in the budget for the current fiscal year to the
Office of the County Executive for the purpose of
implementing the Criminal Justice Coordinator
Program. WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended an
emergency appropriation to the County budget for the
current fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 712 of the Anne Arundel County Charter; and
