BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED by the COMMISSIONERS OF
THURMONT that the corporate boundaries of the Town of
Thurmont be enlarged by the annexation of the following
described area:

[Section 26-2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
