(g) Reductions in State aid shall be limited to

(1) In fiscal year [1981] 1982, the funds

received by a county or Baltimore City under subsections
(a), (b), (d), (e), and (f) of this section shall be no less
than the product of the State share per pupil for that
county or Baltimore City under the current basic expense
program in fiscal year [1980] 1981 and the enrollment for
that county or Baltimore City used in the calculation of
basic current expense aid for fiscal year [1981] 1982.
