               Desires to Appeal to his Grace the Lord Archbishop of
       Canterbûry in y.e Cirches and y.t he may have a Coppy of the Afd Order
       to Transmitt to England which is Granted him; performing notw.thstanding
       the s.d order in All Respects ûntill such sum as his Grace
       Answere to his Appeal be had Wherefore he is to Take notice att
       his perill

                Ordered Likewise y.t the Afd Order be served Immediately by
       the Sherif of Anne Arund.ll Co.ty ûpon y.e s.d Tho.s and that the s.d
       Sheriff make retûrn thereof to his Excy

                            Then ^served^ the w.thin order on Tho.s Macnamara who
       said that he woûld not Obey it neither Coûld the Law nor Anyone

       Tho.s presented to his Exc.cy &c & read as afd & Considering y.e s.d Thomas's
       obstinate Refusing to obay y.e ord.r afd made thereupon in Contempt of his Exc.cies Authority
       (viz.t as Gov.r & Keeper of y.e great seal of y.e province) doth therefore ord.r
       That Att.a shall forthwith issue ag.t y.e s.d Tho.s directed to y.e sheriff of A A.ll Co.ty afd to
       take y.e body of y.e s.d Tho.s & have him y.e s.d Tho.s before his Exc.cy in y.e high Co.rt of
       Chancery at Annapolis y.e 8.th of Feb.rnent W.ch att.a was is.d y.e day &
       year afd ret.ble as afd & given to y.e sheriff afd The s.d att.a was ret.d to y.e Chancery
       office  by Jos Wilson sheriff & is filed in y.e office
