       close Custody keep so y.t you have his body before us in our high Court of Chancery
       to be held at Annapolis in Ann Arund.ll Co.ty afd y.e 8.th day of Feb.r next to Answer
       as well touching a certain Contempt by s.d Tho.s Comitted ag.t a certain ord.r ag.t him
       made by his Excel.cy y.e Gov.r upon a petition of Margaret Macnemara his Wife
       to his Exc.cy presented ag.t him y.e s.d Tho.s as also touching other Matters & things y.t
       may then & there be alledged ag.t him Nor may you fail hereof at yo.r perill
