11-208. TERMINATION OF COUNCIL.

UNLESS THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY REESTABLISHES THE COUNCIL BY
STATUTE, THE COUNCIL'S EXISTENCE TERMINATES ON JULY 1, 1986.

57A(f).

SUBTITLE 3. STATE PERMIT COORDINATOR.

11-301. POSITION AND APPOINTMENT.

THERE IS A STATE PERMIT COORDINATOR, WHO SHALL BE APPOINTED
BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first phrase of
former Art. 78A, § 58(a).

The word "appointed" is substituted for the former
word "designated", for conformity.

11-302. DUTIES OF COORDINATOR.

(A)   IN GENERAL.

THE COORDINATOR SHALL:

(1)  COORDINATE THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS TITLE;

(2)  PERFORM THE DUTIES SET FORTH IN THIS TITLE; AND

(3)  CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THIS TITLE.

(B)  MAINTENANCE OF REGULATIONS AND APPLICATION FORMS FOR
STATE DEVELOPMENT PERMITS.

THE COORDINATOR SHALL KEEP COPIES OF THE REGULATIONS AND
APPLICATION FORMS THAT RELATE TO THE ISSUANCE OF DEVELOPMENT
PERMITS BY EACH STATE UNIT.

(C)  ADVICE AND INFORMATION.

(1) ON REQUEST, THE COORDINATOR SHALL GIVE A PERSON
OR GOVERNMENTAL UNIT PROPOSING A DEVELOPMENT PROJECT:

(I) ADVICE ABOUT EACH DEVELOPMENT PERMIT THAT
IS REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT; AND

(II) RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURES
FOR OBTAINING THE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
