Flood Plain Management

FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County Flood Plain
Management Law in accordance with the requirements of the
National Flood Insurance Program (2-301(c)(4), (e)(4)(A)(3),
(e)(4)(A), and 2-302(a)(1)(G)(ii)).

Bill No. 83-4

An Act concerning

Medical Scholarships

FOR the purpose of amending the Public Health Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County to provide for
medical scholarships (2-101(d) and (e)).

Bill No. 83-5

An Act concerning

Zoning

FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County Zoning
Ordinance to update the procedural and regulatory provisions
thereof (1-212).
