AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 6-115B and 6-115C to the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6,
"Crimes and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to provide
for certain criminal penalties for selling, renting or offering
to sell or rent certain visual representations or sound
recordings to minors.

AN ORDINANCE to enact new Section 1-1500 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", to be under the new Subtitle 15, "Pension
Oversight Commission", to supplement by ordinance the provisions
of Bill 83-82, to establish certain terms of office of certain
members of the Pension Oversight Commission, providing that the
Office of Law shall supervise certain elections of commission
members, establishing certain compensation for expenses, and
generally relating to the operation of the Pension Oversight
Commission.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to add new Subtitle 3, "Floodplain
Management", Section 3-300 through 3-307, inclusive, to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 3,
"Buildings", to make certain findings and state the legislative
intent relating to this Ordinance; to adopt regulations
pertaining to land use and construction in floodplain areas; and
to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 13-109(d), of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions", Article
II, "Subdivision Design Standards and Requirements"; to amend the
County's subdivision regulations in order to conform to the new
Floodplain Management Ordinance.
