(10)  3 2 parents, one of whom shall represent a
parent-teacher association and one of whom shall represent
Compassionate Friends;

(11)  2 members 1 member of the Senate, selected by
the President of the Senate; and

(12)  2 members 1 member of the House of Delegates,
selected by the Speaker of the House of Delegates; and be it
further

(13) 1 youth member chosen from a local group
involved with peer counseling as support or otherwise close to
the issue
;

(13) 2 youth members (14) 1 youth member selected
from the Maryland Association of Student Councils or the
Governor's Youth Advisory Council; and

(14) (15) 1 representative from the Department of
Human Resources; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the members of the task force not be paid a
salary but may be reimbursed for travel and meal costs in
accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That the Governor appoint a chairperson and vice
chairperson from the members of the task force; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the task force present a report to the
Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 1986; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That staff for the task force be provided jointly
by the Department of Education and the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded by the
Department of Legislative Reference to the Honorable Harry
Hughes, Governor of Maryland, the Honorable Melvin A. Steinberg,
President of the Senate of Maryland, and the Honorable Benjamin
L. Cardin, Speaker of the House of Delegates of Maryland; David
W. Hornbeck, State Superintendent of Schools, 200 W. Baltimore
Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201; and Adele Wilzack, Secretary
of Health and Mental Hygiene, 201 W. Preston Street, 5th Floor,
Baltimore, Maryland 21201; and Ruth Massinga, Secretary of Human
Resources, 1100 North Eutaw Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.
