A RESOLUTION concerning

Charter Amendment Maximum Penalties

FOR for the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of
Annapolis to alter the maximum penalties which may be imposed by
any City ordinance.

[Section 3 of Article IX of the Charter of the City of
Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date October 29, 1985]
