AN ORDINANCE concerning

Retirement and Pension Plans

FOR the purpose of removing certain obsolete provisions in
the several pension and retirement plans of the County; providing
for maximum limitations on retirement income in accordance with
federal law; providing for the purchase of credited service by
certain employees; and generally relating to the several
retirement and pension plans of the County.

BY repealing

Sections l-221(b), (c) and (d), l-237(a)(6), 1-261(2) and
(6), l-279(a)(6), l-282(a), 14-302(d), 14-306(b),
14-308(c)(2), 14-310(b)(6), 14-313(a) and 14-314
