AN ACT authorizing voluntary participation of Wicomico
County Land Owners in the formation and delineation of
agricultural land preservation districts, and the sale of
development rights easements within such districts; providing for
the protection of farming operations, and incentives and benefits
to encourage land owners' participation; and, establishing the
relationship between the land development regulations and other
applicable codes, laws and regulations of Wicomico County, and
the use and development of land in agricultural districts.

(Sections 104-1 through 104-4)]

AN ACT to amend Chapter 133 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "DOGS", by making changes and additions to Section 133-3,
titled "Animal Control Authority; duty of enforcement"; Section
133-9 titled "Apprehension of dogs at large"; Section 133-15
titled "Female dogs AND CATS in heat; penalties"; and by making
changes and additions to Section 133-16 titled "Impoundment
provisions".
