AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "Zoning" by amending Section 3 thereof, titled
"Definitions and word usage", Subsection A, titled "Word usage",
Subsection (3); Section 95 thereof, titled "Townhouse
developments", Subsection G, titled "Application, review and
comprehensive development plan approval", Subsection (1); Section
96 thereof, titled "Mobile home residence parks"; Subsection C
thereof, titled "Commencement of construction, inspection and
authorization to occupy park", Subsection (2); Section 101
thereof, titled "Unclassified uses", Subsection "A" and "C"
thereof; and Section 107 thereof, title "Appeal from decision of
Board or Planning Commission", Subsection "B" title "Costs of
appeal" thereof;

Effective Date June 15, 1987.

Code, titled "Zoning" by amending Section 3 thereof, titled
"Definitions and word usage", Subsection "B" thereof, titled
"Definitions" by amending the definitions for "Comprehensive
development plan", "Home occupation", "Home office",
"Non-conforming building or use" and by adding, in alphabetical
order, definitions for "Comprehensive Development Plan,
Preliminary", "Guest Room", "Mobile Residence Subdivision" and
"Non-conforming Special Exception";

Effective Date June 15, 1987.

by amending and restating said Section of the Wicomico County
Code to include mobile home residence subdivisions as well as
mobile home residence parks;
