Department of Budget and Fiscal Planning to access certain

information in the possession of certain political

subdivisions another unit of State government; abolishing
the Department of State Planning; establishing certain
Commissions within the new Office of Planning; providing
that the Director of the Office of Planning shall be
responsible for the operation and administration of the new
office; providing for the appointment of staff personnel as
provided in the State budget; requiring the Governor to file
with the Secretary of State a certain plan; providing for
the transfer of certain positions and a certain
reevaluation; providing generally for the transfer of a
certain employee and the abolition of the position upon
termination of a certain incumbent; and generally relating
to the creation and operation of the Office of Planning and
the transfer of the duties, responsibilities, authority, and
functions from the Department of State Planning to the
Office of Planning and to the Department of Budget and
Fiscal Planning.
