AN ACT concerning

Electrical Permits and Fees

For the purpose of amending the licensing section of the Electricity Subtitle of the
Building Regulations Article to clarify that the County Commissioners may, by resolution,
establish electrical license fees, to provide for examination requirements for homeowner's
electrical work, and to provide that licenses are invalid if not renewed in a timely manner.
