do grant bargain and sell unto the said WVM Edmondson
his executors administrators and assigns all the goods house
hold stuff implements and furniture and such particularly
mentioned expressed and contained in the following
schedule hereunto annexed that is to say one Gray Horse
"chester one Gray Mare "Dove one bay mare "Snip two cows
fifteen Barrels Corn six head of Hogs Eleven head of sheep
Two ox carts four Beds Bedsteads and furniture six chairs
Two Tables all the balance of my house hold and Kitchen
furniture three ploughs Three harrows four hoes one stack
of Tops Two stacks Blades Lot corn caps and straw (all and
singular which said goods Stocks purvender House Hold
stuf and furniture and other the premises above
bargained and sold or mentioned is intended so to be
are now remaining standing and being in a certain
[illegible] situate in the County and
State aforesaid and at present occupied by the said
William Harding) and one Top Stacks and are Blade
Stack in the premises at present in the occupancy
of a certain John C Jones of the county and state aforesaid
To have and to hold all and singular the said
goods Stacks purvender household stuff and furniture
and other the premises above bargained and sold or
mentioned or intended to be to the said WVM Edmondson
his executors administrators and assigns forever and I the
said William Harding for myself my heirs executors and administrators
all and singular the goods and chattles and other
the premises unto the said WVM Edmondson his executors
administrators and assigns against me the said
William Harding my executors and administrators
and again it all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will in amount and forecs defended by
these presents of all and singular which said goods
and chattels and other the premises I the said William
Harding have put the said WVM Edmondson in full
possession by delivering to him the said WVM Edmondson
one gray horse "Ness at the sealing and delivery of these
presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold
or mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said WVM Edmondson
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal this Twenty ninth day of December 1842
