344. well and faithfully, execute his Office and the several duties required of him by law, and shall well & truly account for and pay to the Commissioners for Dorchester County, or their Order the several sums of Money which he shall receive or be answerable for by law, at such time as the law shall direct, then the above Obligation to be void, or else to be and remain in full force and virtue in law. Willis, two of the subscribing Witnesses to the within Bond, before me the subscriber, one of the Justices of the Peace of the State of Maryland for Dorchester County aforesaid, and severally made Oath, on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that they aid see John Richardson, John Tubman, Samuel R. Dunnock, John H. Hodson, Samuel Harrington, James E. Hall, Joseph Bradshaw and James Woolford, Obligors in the said Bond, sign, seal & deliver the said Bond as their respective act & deed, and that they, the said James Hamly & Jn.o L.
